Following successful execution of  RFS(s) and securing completion certification, Grucon were awarded the integration partner role managing additional works in support of the Tenant’s infrastructure deployment.

This role involved aligning technical requirements, specifications, and schedule execution to meet Developer and Tenant commitments. This included end-to-end coordination and support of all construction activities, from handover to the Developer’s operations team, through to full deployment of the Tenant’s infrastructure and services. 

Grucon provided expert commercial / contractual services regarding complex issues which transpired on this project.

Project scope included an on site power generation plant and two separate data centres, for two separate hyperscale tenants.

Drove the D&C contractor to meet  programme milestones, achieving on-time D&C completion.

Delivered a high-performance facility in accordance with Tenant requirements. 

•Preparing logically linked P6 schedules with full individual activity breakdown, inclusive of executive facing slide decks to explain the key timelines towards completion.

Key focus on Canadian and certain US markets, including Texas.

Expert DD services regarding the technical and commercial feasibility of sites in Australia for use as AI data centres.

Acting as the single point of contact to a large US based AI platform and coordination of all technical consultants e.g geotechnical, environmental, regulatory etc. 

Risk and opportunity weighted advice, including likelihood assessments for investors / executives to make informed decisions.

Engaged by developer to assist the management and coordination of commissioning close out of the project.

Worked closely with the GC to provide support and guidance on how to effectively commission the project and overcome challenges.

Cost Management services for a developer in APAC focused on Australia, Japan and Indian Markets.

This includes preparing design efficiency analysis reports at the early stage of the development and comparison against approx. 40nr key design performance indicators.

The outcome from these exercises is to inform the business of the key areas of design that need to be refined in order to make it more competitive in the market.
